I have a 3000 sq ft new construction house 85% done in Darien. Had a contract on it for 1.4 mill, but they are backing out $$$$...shotin the dark...but anyone looking to buy it as is with no commissions at 1.1 and can finish for 200k....Market warrants the house at 1.5 now..quick 120k after commissions/attorney etc...just too spread out right now and need some juice:Sad Face:
